Hanyangdoseong-gil
This series of cyanotypes has been made on mulberry paper, in conversation with the city of Seoul. This ritualistic body of work sees me trace and retrace the 19km Hanyangdoseong-gil trail, making an exposure at the site of each of the 9 gates that punctuate Seoul’s old city wall.
So far, I have completed the trail twice, once in 2025 and again in 2026 - each time creating a new set of cyanotypes to record my journey around this protective element of the city.
