Groundswell
Work started on this series in 2016, during my Artist Residency at Central St Martins. I was inspired by a bright white daffodil outside the Horniman Museum in South London - and was immediately struck with the desire to recreate the feeling in print. I decided to use aquatint to play with pushing the contrast, as well as initally experimenting with two-colour viscosity prints.
Prints from this series have been exhibited in the UK, USA, Canada and Japan.
